Bicycles abandoned on campus and recovered by the UCF Police Department (approximately 175) will be sold at auction (cash only) to the highest bidder on Tuesday 11/17/09 starting at 11AM in front of the Student Union. All bicycles are sold "as-is" and may need substantial repairs before the bicycle is safe for use. Also available for bid are 10 spinner stationary exercise bikes. Approximately one hour prior to the start of the auction all bikes will be available for viewing. High bidder must pay for and take possession of the bicycle immediately. Proceeds from the sale of the abandoned bicycles will be used for student scholarships.
